Customers not able to purchase internationally

Previously we have been able to ship internationally with little to no issue. However recently our customers have been subjected to only being able to select States when looking for their shipping address. We have shipped plenty of international orders before. When looking into the market section of our shop it appears as though we have a market that includes all countries. I’m unsure why this is happening, and haven’t found any current information on how best to fix it.

Hi, @SwatClipsAdmin .

To confirm, are customers only seeing the United States as an option on checkout, as seen below?

If this is the case, can you also confirm that the market that you mentioned includes all international countries has been activated? It may look like an international market is fully functioning on your store at first glance, but if you click Manage next to the specific market you’d like to check, you can see whether or not the market is active on your store. If the market isn’t currently active, click the Activate button, as seen below. This should allow the countries within this market to now show up on your store’s checkout.

If you’re still having issues with this however and require further assistance to troubleshoot, you can contact our Live Support team via our Help Center here. Once logged in on the Help Center, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you’ll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. Our Live Support team will then be able to securely access your account to help investigate your markets and shipping settings in more detail.
