Data discrepancies with Shopify analytics when compared with other analytic tools

Community has had lot many discussions on data discrepancies and mismatch between Shopify analytics and other tools like Google Analytics, Facebook analytics, Klaviyo analytics and much more.

It makes it harder to attribute your spent money to the revenue generated from different channels like social ads, email marketing and other as a brand owner it gets more complicated to decide where to spend smart with different data points without proper attribution

Does anyone else see this as a challenge or does anyone has found a simple way around this? Please share your experience

Hi @Kp35 , you are not the first one to suffer from data discrepancies. It’s a real challenge for Shopify brands.

You should have a look at Polar Analytics, an all-in-one marketing platform built especially for Shopify. They are integrated with all marketing channels you’ve mentioned and are 100% accurate in terms of data.

All your data in one single place to build quick insights. No more wasted time extracting data and building dashboards :slightly_smiling_face:

Nice to know, I looked into various other tools like this on Shopify marketplace, but those tools integrated with all others using API and provides the same data and various tables based on it

Does any tool or solution that can help to annotate these and can give me only the right data? Simply pulling it to one place still doesn’t justifies me which one is correct

Or does any tool act as separate analytical tool and draw in first party data from my website so I no longer need to look in google analytics?

Thank you for your suggestion @Remi_Frmx will check them aswell
