I want to have a downloadable link so my customers can download a PDF diet plan after they have made a purchase on the order confirmation page.

How can I do this?

Thanks for sharing your question with us.

What you are trying to achieve can be set up with a digital product, that fulfills after order confirmation either automatically or manually depending on your preference. This will trigger ‘downloadable links’ to be sent to your customers.

If this sounds like the right fit, I recommend installing our free Digital Downloads app. This popularized app includes screenshots to ease the set up process and also an entire manual to guide you further.

thanks Olivia. I’m checking out the app now, but I did find another solution if anyone has te same issue.

You can go to settings - notifications - order confirmation - edit code, then you can put whatever you text you want in there along with any links you have for files that you have uploaded to mediafire or any other file hosting place.

I have the app downloaded. I’m only seeing an option to attach 1 file per product on the page, is there not an option to attach 2 files?

The best way to get around the 1 file per product variant limitation is to attach a .zip file instead. This way you can have as many attached files as you need.
