MESI Woodshop.com will not load on mobile devices but will on desktops. Dawn theme is current version. I’m using yotpo, junip and seo king apps. Shopify has no explanation but has said Dawn might not support mobile which is very confusing. This issue crosses over all cell carriers and all mobile devices. I even use Googles dns but can’t get my site to load. Any help would be appreciated as this has been going on since October 24.
After entering the URL you provided, I noticed that your store is being redirected to this URL. This process takes a certain amount of time on desktop and is likely to take even longer on mobile.
I’ve checked it on mobile, and your store is still loading. Have you tried switching the theme?

Hello there @MESIWoodshop Like @DaisyVo suggested, have you tried switching themes yet? In addition to that, do you have any apps or third party tools that could be causing any internal store issues? Please do crosscheck for that if you haven’t cause it’s usually a common cause.

I have not switched Themes yet. I have used Dawn for 3 years with no problems until recently.
No I have not switched Themes, I was not aware Dawn had this mobile rendering issues. I use Yotpo, Junip and SEO King apps. How can I crosscheck if they are causing the mobile loading issue? Thanks
