Hi Shopify team,
I have received the following email a couple of times now, and it feels like a scam to me. Could please someone confirm this is a scam and not something I need to do on my end?

I received this from 'Shopify Support (airaatylo@gmail.com) is the email.
Then I reply asking what it was about and they replied back with the following:
The previous message was regarding bot configuration issues, as well as BTO and FTO resolution. We recommend hiring an expert, if available, with specific expertise in BTO and FTO fixes. Ensure they conduct a thorough analysis to resolve all issues and implement solutions to prevent them from recurring.
Alternatively, if you would like me to help you book an appointment with one of our Shopify Recommend Experts, let me know your decision.
