Yes, it is spam, if you have searched a forum or just in Google you would find 100 of the same posts, warning and confirming it is spam.
As you noticed " 'Shopify Support (airaatylo@gmail.com ) is the email." Shopify will never send you an email from a Gmail account.
You also can see they are using a sense of urgency to trick others into responding or clicking some link. Like always, do not ever click a link in an email
from a sender, you do not know and assume it is a scam.
