I am shipping some of my orders from multiple inventory locations. This means my customer will receive multiple packages for one order sometimes.
Is there a way to have my customers receive a specialized email explaining they’re receiving two packages when this happens, not just the generic shipping confirmation email twice?

Yes, you can send a message to them via the mail they provided while filling their address. you would have to include your STORE NAME in the mail
This is not what I’m asking. I’m asking for a specialty email that will be sent only when it’s multiple parcels.
have you tried using shopify app low? it can handle sending a custom email when an order is split into multiple shipments.
