How to permanently delete unwanted tags from customers 'tags?
Hello there @User_5 from the research I conducted, it seems customer tags might not be able to be permanently deleted. The best option seems to just delete them from the customer profiles.
Hey @User_5 , I can confirm what @Bundler-Manuel mentioned that Shopify does not currently provide any way to fully delete customer tags from your shop. I’ve heard of cases of merchants reaching our to Shopify support and the support team being able to help remove them, but can’t guarentee if that’s the case or not. However, reaching out to Shopify support may also help encourage them to make this feature available for merchants to accomplish this.
