Currently we are sending Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation notifications to our customer. We want to enable Delivery Confirmation Email i.e. to notify customer that there product is delivered.
Not finding an option to do so.
Currently we are on Shopify Base plan.
Can someone assist here?

The out for delivery and shipment delivered notifications are automatically triggered when you add a tracking number from Fedex, Canada Post, DHL Express, UPS, or USPS to an order. You do not need to enable these notifications directly.
If you are not providing a tracking number from any of these providers, then this is likely why your customers are not getting this notification. It is also possible that the notifications are not being sent if you provide a FedEx tracking number (this is a known bug) or if you are using a third-party fulfillment app to add tracking numbers to your orders.
