I placed an order from discountstoreng.com since July 14 and I am yet to receive my order neither did she refund my money. I have reached out to her on all her platforms. I have reported twice on shopify. Issue with order and as a scam but nothing is yet to be done about it. I have also asked her to refund my money since she couldn’t fulfill my order for 3 and a half months now.

Yeah that stinks. It’s so easy to open a shopify store and start scamming. For a company with a 2 billion dollar profit every year and 8,000 employees, you’d think they’d be on top of it… What on earth do they do everyday? They definitely aren’t providing support…

I have done that already. She still did not deliver my order
You’re nearing the 120 day time limit for requesting a charge-back to your bank… I think you need to do that asap. That will also send a red flag to Shopify.
I get that it is frustrating. Since the store hasnt responded, contact your payment provider or bank and ask for a chargeback for non delivery. They usually get your money faster. It also helps to leave a review or report the store to warn others while you’re your dispute is being processed.
