I placed an order (order # SB26906 with SynceoB.it) on 27th September 2021 and delivery date was given before March 2022, however it wasn’t delivered. I emailed the SyncroB.it to cancel it on 13th May 2022 on the app it says 26th of May 2022 though. I was confirmed that order has been cancelled and I should receive the refund asap . It’s been well over 6 months I am sending emails and every time getting the same response that billing team is looking into it. From your platform I have been scammed please look into this.
I tried to contact you several times but it seems there is no help for the cancelled order but please consider that people still can be scammed .
It was my first ever experience with shopify and I am very disappointed.
Please look into this and help me out to get my money back. No one should be scammed.

For context, Shopify is an ecommerce platform that many online stores use to build and host their website. We don’t, however, manage the businesses or deliver the products of any stores that utilize our platform. Because of this, any issues with an order will need to be taken to the store directly to rectify. We also can’t confirm or deny if a store is operating on the Shopify platform, due to privacy reasons.
You mentioned that you’ve reported the store, can you confirm if it’s via this page? If the store is hosted on Shopify, our team will review the submitted report and take any necessary actions. Due to security reasons however, we aren’t able to share any of our findings or the outcome of our investigation.
In saying all of this, I can understand your concerns in not having received the goods you ordered online, so I can empathize with where you’re coming from. It sounds like you’ve been communicating directly with the store via email though, is that correct? If you’re still unable to resolve this issue after reaching out to the store, you can contact your bank or card provider so that they can provide you with further options regarding your funds. i understand that shopify doesn’t manage to deliver the products. My concern is not receiving the product as the item should’ve been delivered by march 2022 and as long as the item wasn’t dispatched I was entitled to a full refund as I explained I emailed the store to cancel and refund, which they confirmed and never refunded the amount. I have been in touch with the supplier via email and I have emailed several times even asked them how to complain and all. Though they run their business via shopify they never informed and under shopify they are running businesses and scamming people. This store is running under shopify. I tried to contact via customer support tab but as it was cancelled and I was told to directly contact the supplier. However I placed the order under shopify terms and conditions and I believe I should be able to inform you and expect an outcome as the store is scamming people and rather than refunding the amount same email I received several times.

I spoke to my bank and my bank can’t take any action cause it’s more than 120days .

Not giving any reason to customers for not refunding and sending same emails every time is clearly showing their intention that they are scamming people.

just to add, the store never informed me how to complaint though I asked several times and cancelled the order when I asked. Even now on shopify customer service section I am unable to get any help from customer support as it says that that order been cancelled and contact the seller.
This is clearly scamming the people so I couldn’t complain.
