Hi @Pedopeikko

Hope you’re having a great day! I’m sorry for what happened to you. You should report this store to Shopify here:

Hey @Pedopeikko !

Thanks for reaching out here in the Shopify Community.

I totally understand how this experience is not ideal, and I hope that you will receive your order soon!

I would like to advise that Shopify is an ecommerce platform that many businesses use to create their online store. Shopify does not operate the business on behalf of merchants. We do not manage the day-to-day tasks, sales, orders etc.

Did you happen to receive an order confirmation email when you placed this order? If you did, you can try replying to that email for an update about your order.

If you have not heard from the store’s team, contact your bank or payment provider for guidance on what to do next. Some financial institutions have consumer protection mechanisms and will be able to check what options are available to help you with this situation. I recommend reading our article here that explains information and next steps some more.

If you have any further questions, please let me know!

I have the same problem they scam me for 75 euros and its doesnt exist.

Hey @Panfc !

Thanks for reaching out about this. It’s understandable that you may be disappointed!

As mentioned above, Shopify is a multichannel commerce platform that lets merchant start, grow, and manage a business. They can sell on the web, mobile, social media, online marketplaces, brick-and-mortar locations, and pop-up shops. Stores on our platform are independent businesses and Shopify does not oversee order management, fulfillment, or shipping.

If you have already tried reaching out to the seller and have had no response, and it has been more than 30 days since you placed this order, then I would recommend flagging this store here.

If the store is found to be using Shopify, then our internal teams will take the necessary actions needed to investigate this store further.

In regard to a refund, the next step is to contact your bank, as some financial institutions have consumer protection mechanisms and will be able to check what options are available to help you with this situation. I recommend reading this article that explains how to request help with your bank or card provider. This article was not created by Shopify, so any questions should be addressed directly to the bank.

Let me know if anything is unclear or if you have any questions!
