I recently set up a Shopify store and purchased a custom domain, but I keep running into DNS issues when trying to connect it. Shopify keeps showing “Domain not connected”, even though I’ve added the correct A and CNAME records in my domain provider’s settings.
I’ve waited over 24 hours for DNS propagation, cleared my cache, and even tried using Cloudflare, but my site still won’t load. Sometimes, I get a “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” error when visiting the URL.
This is frustrating because my store is focused on gaming accessories, especially for GTA San Andreas fans, and I was planning a big sale. Now, potential customers can’t even access the site!
Has anyone else faced this issue? Could this be a problem with Shopify’s DNS settings, or is there something else I need to check? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
