The Basic is $29.00 per month. Dose it matter how many customer I have?
And about the payment fee, if we do not have payment function, do we need to pay that fee?

None of our pricing plans have limits on the number of customers or visitors you have in your store. You can have as many visitors as possible with the Basic plan, however, as the number of visitors in your store and your business grow, upgrading your plan is worth considering as higher plans will have additional features and benefits that will help you continue to succeed. As for the payment fee, are you referring to the credit card rates and transaction fees charged for the orders you get? If so, credit card fees are charged by Shopify when you use the Shopify Payments payment gateway. Transaction fees, on the other hand, are charged when you use a third-party payment gateway. Some third-party payment gateways, namely PayPal, Amazon Pay, and alternative gateways, are exempted from transaction fees when they’re enabled while Shopify Payments is also enabled. If you don’t have a payment gateway enabled, and you set up a manual payment method instead, no transactions fees will be charged.
