Does Shopify support Microsoft 365 Business Basic for Email Hosting?

Hi,

I am trying to choose between Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Google Workspace.

I was wondering whether Shopify supports Microsoft 365 Basic for Email Hosting.

Is there any tutorial which explains how it can be set up?

So Shopify itself cannot be used as an email hosting platform, but you can use email forwarding to send emails from a custom domain by making use of a third party hosting service.

You could use Microsoft 365 for email hosting, but the setup to do so would be external to Shopify, and using changes to DNS settings. If you decide that you would like to use 365, then it would be best to reach out to Microsoft Support, or consult Microsoft’s help documents on the topic, in order to facilitate that functionality.
