Hi,
I have a problem trying to authenticate my domain, it shows this when i trying to authenticate it.
As under the notification, it says “For better brand recognition, authenticate your domain and ensure your domain has a DMARC record.” I have used different browser and device to try to authenticate but all of them shows the same problem below. Anyone have a solution to authenticate the domain? Thank you

DMARC is a record that Search Engines requires to be added to your DNS Settings when you use your own custom domain name.
Based on the screenshot provided above, looks like there are some issues with DMARC record. If the DMARC record are updated and reflected, then there should not be any issue.
Quick question - Can you mention your domain, have you already added the DMARC records & did you register your domain via Shopify or another domain registration service provider?

Hi,
i actually purchase the domain directly from shopify when registering so i’m not sure why i still need to authenticate it since it is purchased using the same shopify account?

I agree with you. But merchant do use third party email service providers, where DMARC is required for email authenticity purpose.
You can check your DMARC record at https://mxtoolbox.com/dmarc.aspx and verify if your records are indeed correct.
If the records are correct and verified, then the issue should be resolved automatically.
If the record are not correct neither verified and you do not want to use third party email service providers, then you need to contact support (in case the issue is not resolved automatically) from here.
