DPD option has disappeared?????

We are desperately looking for some help as Shopify can’t seem to assist. We have been purchasing DPD labels through Shopify for a long time, then randomly a couple of weeks ago the option vanished then returned a few days later. Our DPD option has vanished again and been away for over a week now. Has anyone else had this issue??

Yes, I’ve seen this happen before. Sometimes Shopify’s carrier integrations, like DPD, can glitch and temporarily disappear due to backend updates or connection issues. I recommend checking your shipping settings and DPD account connection, and contacting both Shopify support and DPD directly to see if there’s a known problem. Also, make sure your shipping zones and profiles haven’t changed accidentally. Hopefully it’s resolved soon, it’s definitely frustrating!
