Hello. I used the draft order feature for the first time and set up the order to send to my client. She clicked on an email that stated she had to confirm the order. I beleive i missed the step of creating the order. However when she went to the payment options it would not allow her to pay via credit card - said the store was not accepting visa or mastercard. How do I fix this?
I also tried to find the draft orders in the app and was not able to do so. Am I missing this? She wanted to pay in person so I had to type in her credit card information.
Please advise.
