Pretty sure I got scammed but I’m wondering why Shopify had this website if they weren’t legit?! I thought this website/app verifies websites on there products and they don’t just give anyone access to this to make purchases safe, I ordered a swim trainer floating product and they charged me and the website is now gone and I’ve seen other people receive an item that’s not what they ordered!

- Provided a help document for connecting with problematic businesses
Status: Unresolved for most; customers advised to pursue chargebacks through financial institutions.

I’m feeling the same way.. i order 2 of the swim trainer floating products.. they got their money now no way to contact them

I’m sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with orders that you’ve placed with an online business. To set some expectations for you, Shopify is an ecommerce hosting platform. As such, we can’t confirm if a businesses uses our platform for hosting. Additionally, Shopify doesn’t play a role in the management of businesses that may use our platform for hosting. If you’ve encountered an issue with an order that you’ve placed with a business, then you’ll need to reach out to the business you ordered from directly. We have a help document here that outlines some steps that you can use to attempt to connect with this business. If you suspect that the business you suspect that the business may be hosted on Shopify, you can fill out our ‘Report and Issue with an Order’ form to submit information about the order to us. If you’re looking to request a refund for your order, you’ll need to ask the business you ordered from for your refund. If they don’t follow up with your request, or you’re unable to connect with them, reach out to your bank or credit card provider, as they’ll have options they can explain to you to assist you in having your funds returned.
I also believe that I was, I did receive a float, but it was a swimbobo inflatable float without a canopy, which was not the mombobaby airless float with a canopy that I ordered. I have tried several times to contact the seller to return this item and requested a refund but have had no luck, although they did respond to the first email i sent to them. These sellers need to be screened better because they are a falsifying what they are selling
I ordered two as well and received some Bobo floats. Luckily, I disputed the charge on my credit card and I received credit back asap. All I had to do was email them what I ordered versus what I received and instant credit received.
I also contacted my card co.pany and they are looking I to it and did apply
a credit. Buyer beware for sure
Me, too. It’s been MONTHS. Showed up today with a bogus return address and not anything like I ordered. Tried to look up website a while back and it had disappeared. 100% Scam.
Hey!! I just went threw the SAME THING!! I ORDERED MINE BACK IN MAY! AND I WENT TO MAIL BOX YESTERDAY AN A PACKAGE WAS CRAMMED IN THERE! I THOUGHT WHATS THIS? CAN’T BE MINE! GOT IT OUT AND SURE ENOUGH SOME CHEAP ASS FLOAT DEVICE THAT IS PLASTIC! AND BLOW UP! JUST CHEAPLY MADE. SO IM PISSED! ON TOP OF IT. I MSGED THEM INSTANTLY AFTER 1ST MONTH NOT HAVING IT. TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE FBI IF I DID NOT RECIEVE MY PACKAGE. I TOOK SCREEN SHOTS I WILL ADD THEM HERE! However it will not let me add them here. But yes email that email back that sent u the conformation bs and tell em
Then how can they be ads on their if u all aren’t supporting them??? I don’t get it. I know when u set up a website and modify a website. U add what u want on it. It’s not like they can pop up and broadcast what they want on ur web page as an ad. Unless u go threw a 3rd party??? Like I’m not understanding??
