I believe I’ve been scammed by a store using shopify. I was just wondering if I would be able to get my money back or something

To set some expectations for you, Shopify is an ecommerce hosting platform. As such, we don’t play a role in the management of businesses that may use our platform for hosting, nor do we play a role in the order management of a business that you may order from. We also are unable to confirm if a business you ordered from is hosted on our platform.
If you require support regarding an order that you’ve placed with a business, you will need to reach out to that business directly for information about the status of your order. If you’re looking to request a refund, you will need to make this request of the business, as well. If the business ignores your request for a refund, or doesn’t follow up with you, you should consider reaching out to your bank or credit card provider regarding options to have your funds returned.
If you suspect that this business may be on Shopify, and 30 days have gone by from the day of purchase and you haven’t received your goods or heard from the business about your order, you can report the order to us using this form. Even when completing this form, you will still want to connect with the business you ordered from, your bank, or credit card provider regarding having your funds from your order returned to you.
