Can someone explain what the process is?
I placed an order for myself on my own dropshipping site.
Zopi accepted the fullfilment. Now what?

If Zopi is an app, your best source of information is to contact them.
But generally, if your dropshipping partner is connected to your Shopify store and fulfillment request is made / accepting, they will ship the item and then mark your order fulfilled + add tracking, completing the order.

Once Zopi has accepted the fulfillment, they will process and ship the order. You should receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details. Make sure to keep yourself updated with the tracking information, and monitor the delivery status to ensure it arrives at the provided address. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask.
Zopi is similar to Dsers for you to import product info from Aliexpress for your dropshipping business, when you received orders on Shopify, it will help you buy from the supplier in Aliexpress and sync the tracking to shopify later.

When you’ve received a new order, you don’t need to press Request Fulfillment to process it on Shopify; you can go to the Zopi app to fulfill it. Zopi will sync the new order with with the status PAID & UNFULFILLED to the To Order tab in the Order Center page. Then you can process the order step by step to fulfill it.
