Dropshipping Items Showing as Sold Out When There is Inventory

Topic summary

Dropshipping products imported via DSers and AutoDS are displaying as “Sold Out” despite having available inventory. The issue persists even when disabling quantity tracking or allowing out-of-stock purchases.

Temporary Workaround:
Changing “Inventory will be stocked at” to “Multiple Locations” makes items available, but this doesn’t allow proper quantity tracking through the dropshipping service.

Solution Found:
Multiple users confirmed that following steps from a Zopi help article (linked in the thread) successfully resolved the issue. The fix appears to be free and doesn’t require paid services, contrary to one user’s initial concern.

Alternative Approach:
For stores using multiple dropshippers, adding fulfillment locations through Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Add Location and configuring shipping rates for each dropshipper may help.

Dropshipping items are showing as “Sold Out” even when there is available inventory. I’ve imported items using both DSers and AutoDS and have the same issue. It continues to show “Sold Out” even when I uncheck “Track Quantity” and check “Allow out-of-stock purchases”. The only way to make it available is to change “Inventory will be stocked at” to “Multiple Locations”. I have verified that the SKU is correct.

Is there any way I can get it to not show “Sold Out” while still tracking quantity through the dropshipping service? Thanks.

Any fix to this?

I’m facing the same issue as well. The inventory has thousands of stock available but in my store it’s showing ‘sold out’. All the items from the dropshipping site I’ve pushed to shopify are showing as ‘sold out’. What should I do?

This costs money and does not seem like a legitimate fix. These are real issues and asking someone to pay for your services is not right.

If using multiple dropshippers, go to settings > Shipping and Delivery > Add Location (Fulfillment Location)> Select dropshippers.

setup multiple rates for each dropshippers or just setup a fixed rate for all of them
