I’ve been trying to contact ella customer support but they are extremely slow in replying. So here I am.
I am using Ella 6.3, as you can see from the images below, my mobile images in the description section get vertically stretched into a somewhat portrait image (the original image is squared), I have tried with all the settings possible inside Ella but still cannot fix it. I did not have this problem with the previous Ella themes, and the current desktop version looks fine. Thanks in advanced.
