Email addresses for order confirmation and marketing

Hi all!

I am just wondering if someone can help? I need to try and change the email address I send order confirmations from and have it set to a different email that my shopify marketing emails get sent from.

For example, I like my order confirmations to come from a ‘support’ email address, so if customers have questions about an order, they can reply and it is picked up by Gorgias (our CRM software).

When I send out marketing emails, we get a load of ‘out of offices’ and other stuff that clogs up our CRM as it sends from the same email.

If possible, I would like to send marketing emails from a ‘noreply’ address and order confirmations from a ‘support’ email. Is this possible?

I need an answer to this as well..

Used to be so easy, not any more.

You can go to setting > Store Details > Contact Information > you can change sender email there and go to your marketing send your email then go back and change it back to your original email. It will then show it comes from you marketing email
