Can you help me on how to change the emial address that i receive order confirmaton. currently when we recieve and order from a customer it lands in an email address that one o fmy other work addresses not the main dedicated store emial adress. im sure its soemwhere in setting but i cant find it.
Hi @rygar707 Go to the Settings in the bottom side > Click on Store Details > Under Profile tab > Store contact email and Sender email there 2 input box just enter your require email id and Save that’s it! Screenshot added for your reference -

It sounds like you are wondering how you can change the email address where new order notifications are sent!
As @saim007 has kindly suggested, you can indeed change both the store contact email and sender email addresses by navigating to Settings > Store Details.
However, you can easily create and edit email notifications for staff members in another section of your store admin. Navigate to Settings > Notifications, and then scroll to the Staff Order Notifications section at the bottom.
Here in the Orders section, you should see the email address that currently receives the order notifications. Update it to the email address where you would like to receive order notifications going forward. You can also add new recipients if you want to receive the notifications to multiple email addresses (for staff members etc.) and you can also test the notifications, to make sure they are being received.
Were you aware that you can actually get push notifications on your mobile device for new orders when you are using the mobile app? Feel free to download the app here for iOS or Android devices.

Thank you for your help with this. Ive re added staff emails but still dont seem to be getting through. I cant for the life of me see where my email address is, anywhere within shopify settings. Ive also diabled my email so hopfully that will push to teh staff emails and the main email.

I understand that you have added staff email addresses, but you are still not receiving emails. To confirm, have you added extra email addresses in the Staff Order Notifications section of your admin? Could you confirm what happens when you try to send a test notification? The test notification will include fake order and customer information - be sure to check the spam/promotional/junk folders of the email inboxes to make sure these emails are not landing there.
You mentioned that you can’t see where your email address is within the Shopify settings - You can view the store email address in the Settings > Store Details section of your admin. The store email address will receive messages about your store. To view your sender email address (which is what your store uses to send emails to your customers) you can navigate to Settings > Notifications.
