I wanted to setup a email forwarding id for my shopify store. For example if my store is www.mystore.com

i want a support mail id like support@mystore.com.

Now i have already purchased a custom domain from godaddy and linked it to shopify however when i go to the domains section to make a forwarding email address i cannot see the option to make it.

What can i do here ?

It’s a complicated task, you need to set up or configure DMARC for email forwarding, and it has to be set up within your Shopify store and your domain provider’s DNS, then it will take 24 hours max to be implemented to your store. let me know if i can assist you with this
