Does anyone know why my email marketing such as discount and abandon checkout emails keep showing up in people’s spam? I use Shopify’s email app and would like to stay with it. How can I fix this?

Your email notifications heading to a customer’s junk folder can happen when they have specific privacy settings. This is also common for some reason with Microsoft Outlook folders.
To resolve this, you will want to add an SPF record to your domain. This is an email authentication standard that helps protect senders and recipients from spam, spoofing, and phishing. Essentially, it’s letting servers know your emails are safe!
