I received this email an email from Shopify.programcompliance@gmail.com
saying my website needs urgent action: AUP and to reach out to digital hub urgent assist with a special code to resolve.
Is it a real email or a scam?

Scam many companies and freelancers use this type of trick to convince the store owner to get the back.
And Shopify officials never send an email from gmail

Official Shopify emails come from domains like @Shopify_77 .com. An email from shopify.programcompliance@gmail.com is almost certainly fake, as Shopify would not use a generic Gmail account for official communications.
