Hi, I often get messages from customers for my shopify store that they haven’t received a confirmation email when they have ordered. This is because the email lands in their junk mail and I have to tell them every time. I have made a few email accounts to check this and ordered from my own store and they land in the junk. I am also wanting to start email marketing but I feel there is no point now as all my emails would land in junk.
Can someone please help me to get my emails out of customers junk emails?

These steps will show how to add the correct SPF and DKIM records to verify your email address.
I also recommend checking out how your emails are viewed by email servers by using a tool like this one: https://www.mail-tester.com.
Hi, thank you for the help I managed to sort out the issue of my emails landing in inbox instead of junk. But I have found out another bigger problem which is a data leak for my business. Could you help me with this one on one as I can’t say it to the community?
