I am trying to customized the checkout using the Dawn theme but I am getting an error message stating
Failed to load the page
This page is not compatible with the editor due to one of the following issues:
- Page is redirecting to an unsupported URL
- Page failed to load due to an error

Thank you for reaching out. Can you tell me more about what customizations you’re trying to make, and which Shopify plan you’re on?
I also recommend trying some local troubleshooting steps, such as clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window.
Please let me know how that goes!
I found out why. If you do not have any products listed or not active you will receive this error message.
