I understand that you are receiving an error when attempting to print a UPS shipping label. I know how important it is to get your products in the hands of your customers and will do my best to point you in the right direction. Are you able to confirm if this is happening for all your shipping labels or just for a particular region?
This could caused due to USPS suspended shipments from the US to Australia due to restrictions. If this is the case, you will need to select a different carrier to send this package, and the same rate will not be available. You may want to remove USP as an option for any zone that contains Australia or New Zealand for the time being.
Also, If you haven’t been able to purchase a UPS label on Shopify for a while, your account is likely inactive.
