Why can't I buy UPS shipping labels on my platform?

Hi guys,

Every time I try to purchase a label through Shopify for UPS, it tells me “There was a problem buying shipping labels, review order details and try again.” Then it says “A system error has occurred and is being investigated.” Does anyone know how to fix this? USPS labels are fine, but I am just having issues with UPS.

Just to add some context to what @Anindita mentioned, you are likely receiving this error because your UPS account needs to be reset. This can happen when a UPS label hasn’t been purchased for a while. You will need to get in touch with us through our live support channels so the shipping team can reset your account from the back end.
