I am trying to purchase shipping labels through Shopify Fulfilment (I usually only offer local pickups and deliveries so this is my first attempt) and I am getting an error that states “Shopify shipping label error, transaction failed, Fulfilment order # has an unfulfillable status = closed”.
The orders I am trying to fulfil have not been closed as they are still awaiting fulfilment. Am I doing something wrong?
