Hi Everyone
I just fufilled an order and now it doesn’t allow me to create/purchase a shipping label
I should have clicked the “create shipping label” option once in the order but I clicked “Fufill Items” instead
Now it says that, that order is not eligible for shipping labels.
Help!? How do I create a shipping label here?

Thanks for your question.
Have you tried to cancel fulfillment on the order yet? This can be done using the following steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
From the Orders page, click the number of an order in the list that has a Fulfillment status of Fulfilled.
In the Fulfillments section, click the … button.
Click Cancel fulfillment.
After doing so, you will be once again able to purchase a shipping label and fulfill the order as intended.
