Exit intent survey that does not access customer data

Hi everyone, due to the nature of the product I sell, I am really strict protecting my customers info, and don’t install apps that require access to customer data.

Does anyone know of an exit intent survey app that doesn’t require this? I’d like to understand why customers abandon my cart or leave my site without purchasing, while not giving access to customer data.

I don’t really understand why they would need it as I just need anonymized survey responses. Also, if anyone knows of any other great conversion-building apps that don’t access customer data please let me know.

Hi I recently created an app for exactly this! You can style a popup that appears when a user is leaving the store to get feedback about what to improve.

The data is stored anonymously so no customer information is saved, just the submission! Message me if you’d like any more info!
