Hi, I have a shopify store and use the facebook channel, I wondered whether you had the same issue I have or whether your data differed so i can look into this matter.
On all my events, i appear to be missing the Facebook Login ID and the Browser ID (fbp), generally accross the board my event matching looks ok, but without these i fear my ads are not running effectivley.
See screen shot for my purchase and view content event matching. could you please let me know whether you have the same issue, or whether your site is sending these events? I have tried contacting facebook and shopify and each blame each other and im no further, been trying for weeks.
