Facebook & Instagram Channel - Something went wrong Your details couldn’t be submitted yet

Hi,

I’ve been trying to connect Facebook & Instagram Sales Channel to our Meta account. However, I’ve been getting this error in the screenshot. I’ve tried the generic solutions like; clearing caches, trying from other browsers etc and none of these worked.

Anyone knows the reason and how to fix it?

how long is your instagram & facebook as been running?

i cannot tell the specific time but it’s been running for a long time

if your it happen like that you will need to an account that as be running for long time or find a shopify expert and i can also introduce you to one who can fix that.
