Whenever I attempt to open the FB and Instagram sales channel in Shopify Admin, nothing happens. Nothing is loading, its just white. I’ve tried to open it in different browsers, a private and regular tab, even the Shopify app. Nothing works. The only error I got was from the app, which said “Something went wrong.”
Is anyone else having issues?

This error is a known one which has been happening since the change to Meta. In order to resolve this, please delete the Facebook Channel and wait at least 24 hours before reinstalling – this has helped to resolve the issue for some merchants. If the error message still appears after this time, please contact Meta support using your unique link below, the area which is bolded is here you add your shop domain:

As mentioned above, this issue lies with Facebook since their change to Meta and you would need to get in contact with them via the information I provided above. This would not be something Shopify can support or fix as it has to do with the Account connection and permissions settings within Meta. You can reach them via your unique link above.
