Hello, i have trouble with facebook pixel integration. On shopify i have downloaded facebook and instagram app, installed pixel, everything seems fine. But when i want to make a conversion (sales) ad, it shows me, that “Your ad may not be optimized for conversions because we haven’t received any activity from the conversion you selected at all or in more than 14 days.” Adding screenshot. I have installed pixel, also adding screenshot. Tried to test event - it doesnt show any event. Also downloaded meta pixel helper - it shows “No pixel found on campingtee.com. Make sure your pixel code is properly implemented and ad blockers are turned off. You can review Meta Pixel implementation with your developer”. Where could be the problem? Tried to turn off ad blockers, pixel is the same in shopify and in facebook event manager. Have no more ideas. Appreciate!

This issue is most likely coming from the Facebook system itself. I highly suggest that you reach out to Facebook Meta support so they can further check this one on their end or you can also try to reach out to Shopify support team so their technical team can further investigate.
