Dear all,

I am struggling with meta events manager errors and have been banging my head with meta and shopify support without any resolution. Issues are as follows:

  1. Events manager in meta showing error - Server sending invalid IP address parameter, in events like page view, view content & add to cart

  2. Add to cart pixel not firing in meta pixel helper

I am using native shopify CAPI

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should use the webpixel event to fix the ATC issue
