Facebook shop showing ALL items with FREE Standard Shipping! ERROR!

Hi all! My shopify store is connected to my Facebook and Instagram accounts. A new customer recently made a purchase from me but I noticed shipping wasn’t applied during the checkout process. I emailed the customer to let her know I wasn’t sure how it happened, but that I would need to bill her for the additional $5 shipping fee. She replied saying the only reason she ordered the item was because it was marked as free shipping and although she felt like it was deceitful, she would pay the shipping because she really wanted the necklace. I was embarrassed and told her I would be happy to honor the free shipping if she could tell me where she saw it so I could fix the issue. Unfortunately, the issue is that every single item I have in my shop is listed with free standard shipping through Facebook. I can’t attach the screenshots to show what I mean because jpg and png files are not supported on this forum.

Basically, when you access my Facebook business page through any mobile app and then click shop, all of my items show up with a “Free Shipping” icon. If you access it through a desktop, it doesn’t show the icon in the shop, but when you click on any item, it says “Free Standard Shipping”. I am at a loss.

There is another post here on the forum that is supposedly solved, but the solution did not work for me. I have emailed both Shopify and Facebook and just can’t find an answer. Can anyone here help?

Screenshots would be very helpful! Try checking the image size to make sure it falls within the guidelines or double check that the filename doesn’t contain any strange characters. Alternately, you can use an external service like https://imgur.com/ to upload the file and post the link/links in a reply on this thread.

Also, if you’re comfortable sharing your page I can look at it directly from a customer perspective. I suspect there is a discrepancy or error in your calculated rates. I encourage you to review this help document and run through the steps to be sure everything is set-up appropriately.
