I currently link my Instagram & Facebook shops to my Shopify account, with all checking out done through Shopify. I’ve run into this problem with Facebook on desktop where it states I have a standard $10 shipping rate on all listings. Iff anything my standard costs are closer to $5. I imagine this was done by default, however I can find no way to change this setting, as I’m led to believe you must activate checkout on Facebook to make such adjustments (catch 22). I am live chatting with an fb rep now, and they claim they can only help with advertising issues. Anyone aware of this type of issue? Because I charge shipping by different weight categories, I feel activating FB/IG checkout will be overly complicated/not offer the shipping categories I require. Thanks!

Was this ever solved? I’m having the same issue, except my shipping seems to have been set at $35!! I have no idea how to resolve this.
I am also having this problem except it’s only showing my most expensive international shipping price! I have no idea how to fix it.

We are having this same exact issue. Facebook said they are unable to help, and last time I spoke with Shopify, they said it was an issue that Facebook must resolve. Did anyone find a solution to this?
