I have two Shopify Payments accounts: one registered under my business account in Finland and the other under my business account in the United Kingdom. The Finland account has approximately €5000 on hold and a failed €1100 payout. Despite contacting Shopify’s Merchant Trust team and support over 10 times over the past month, they have not resolved the issue. The UK account is functioning properly, but I haven’t received any payouts from the Finnish account. What steps can I take to retrieve my funds, as Shopify has not provided any solutions so far
