The bank is immediately notities and reporter to the Police.
But how will shopify help me to receive this money?

Welcome to the community, but really sorry to hear it is another scam/fake shop.
There are too many of them. First, you did contact the bank and from them you can only looking forward to stop transaction and get money back.
Shopify will not refund you. You can and should report that store on:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant
Under an Issue with order or maybe better Fraud. Shopify will tell you that, most likely to wait 30 days. They can only close the shop so that no more people get scammed.
And that store have a lot of red flags to warn you that it could be a fake store.
- domain is Komado Outlet but they use hornbach logo, favicon, in the footer social networks and contact link also leads to hornbach.nl site.
- That domain is just 8 days old, so they must have use massive social networks adds to lure customers https://www.whatsmydns.net/domain-age?q=kamado-outlet.nl
- Prices… oh well you know the saying “too good to be true” , that is a massive discount from 899,00 € on hornbach site
- There is no contact or business info to Komado Outlet itself, all links lead to hornbach site.
It is a good fake website though, they copied info, have a good theme, can be connected to hornbach site as some real outlet. But that price…

Helaas, de betaling is gedaan via iDeal en de boeking was naar het buitenland. Maar hoe gaat Shopify om met producten die niet worden geleverd? Dat is waar ik het over wil hebben. Ik vind het erg handig om te zeggen dat Shopify hier niets kan doen!! Bij wie moet ik me dan wenden voor een oplossing? De klant is verdwenen, maar het klopt dat er een KvK-inschrijving moet zijn om een iDeal-betaling aan de bank te koppelen. Ik zou graag willen weten wat het doel van het bestaan van Shopify is als klanten zo gemakkelijk fraude kunnen plegen!!
