Now vendor is cheating people by sending fake product and there is no respond from the vendor . no return option also. They might have created the store for cheating people only. when I search on internet found that similar kind of cheating reported by many people against the company. Now they are showing advertisement by many different names.
Sorry to hear about your bad experience. There are a lot of scammers online that use a good platform like Shopify to make a fake stores.
You got some items but low quality and not what you ordered. They do look like scammers: a new store with da omain not even 2 months old,and no contact information except Gmail email which is not enough.
