Hello, we are looking to submit a feature request to create a webhook when customers submit a return request.
Currently, the only way to get informed about a return request is through Shopify Notifications. However, Shopify Notifications are not granular enough for our use case (not all users should receive all notifications).
This is actually two feature requests:
- Delineate notifications so that we can choose which users receive which notifications. By default, recipients receive all notifications. However, allow admins to adjust what notifications are received.
- Add a new webhook for return requests initiated (eg: customer requests return from customer portal). We need to be notified through a separate means and we’d also like to use Shopify Flow to help handle the return request. We don’t currently use any apps for returns as they are unnecessary, we just need a Flow to run.
