I’m looking for some constructive feedback on my Shopify store’s homepage. I’ve been working hard to make it appealing and user-friendly, but I’m always open to improvement. Here are a few specific areas I’d appreciate your thoughts on:
- Overall Design and Layout: Does the design look professional and inviting? Is the layout intuitive and easy to navigate?
- Visual Elements: Are the images and graphics appealing and high-quality? Do they enhance the user experience?
- Content: Is the text clear, engaging, and informative? Are there any sections where you think additional information or different content might be beneficial?
- Missing Elements: Are there any sections or features you think I should add to improve the homepage (e.g., testimonials, featured collections, blog section, etc.)?
Your feedback would mean a lot to me as I work on creating the best shopping experience for my customers.

First of all, I’d like to say that your website looks really fashionable and professional. The images and videos are clean and well-structured. However, I have some recommendations to improve your site:
- Homepage: Let’s make a sticky menu bar for customers to easily nagviate your site.
- The product listing page: consider adding filters with criteria on the left side of the product list. This way, customers can use the filters directly without needing to click on the filter button and then select the criteria, as it currently works on your website. This change can save time for users.
- Product detail page: You can add a review section, this will allow other shoppers to read real experiences and feedback, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Encourage customers to share their thoughts and ratings to build trust and provide valuable insights for future buyers.
Besides, a product size image of some products is quite small and blur which makes customers find difficult to see.
- Recommended apps to boost sales
I noticed that you have a pop-up to boost sale when the customers first come to your Homepage, but you can try some following apps to keep customers more engaged:
- Loyalty app which will reward customers when they interact with your website (Sign up, making purchases)
- Buy-one-get-one apps
- Review apps as I suggested above.

5. Adding a FAQ page and expending the chat box
