Is there a way to see an itemized receipt/sheet for all the charges in Shopify? I am showing this screenshot under the Payout but when I click the arrow down it’s now showing me what fees and who charged me for those 1.13$

@Eugene_EU Hey! Yes, you can view an itemized receipt for your charges in Shopify. Go to Settings > Payments and click on View Payouts. Then, select the payout you’re interested in, and it will show a detailed breakdown of all fees and charges.

You didn’t study my screenshot very well. I am already in ‘View Payouts’, there is no way to see the breakdown from that page. When I click on down arrow it only says “charges -1.13$” but it’s not showing breakdown.
The Payouts summary only shows fee totals, not the line-by-line breakdown, which is why it looks like a black box. To see what makes up a specific charge, go to Finance, then Payouts, select the payout the fee appeared on, then View transactions. Each row shows the order, the fee charged on that transaction, and what type it is. Export that view to CSV if you want to total fee types across a period instead of reading them one by one.
Small odd amounts are usually a single small order’s processing fee, a partial-refund fee adjustment, or a currency conversion fee if the order came in from outside your store’s currency. Once you’re in the transaction-level export you can match the exact order number to the exact fee and see which it is, rather than guessing from the summary total.
