Hello!
I’m looking for a report where I can see how much we paid in shipping labels to Canada Post. I can find how much the customer paid in shipping but I’m hoping to see the total amount of shipping we paid as we have free shipping threshold, etc. Is there a way to find that? Using Shopify advanced.
Are you using Shopify Shipping to buy the labels or are you buying directly from Canada Post?
We are using Shopify shipping to get the labels
Shopify allows you to see how much you paid in shipping by looking at your Statement of Charges here.
If you’re looking for something more integrated into sales data to calculate profit/loss, there are a number of apps that can help with this. Report Toaster, BeProfit, etc.

You can find your shipping label charges in the Bills section of your Billing page in your Shopify admin.

We just launched two new reports for Shopify Shipping labels that might also help you:
Shipping Labels
Shipping Labels Over Time
You can now see and export your shipping label costs per order along with other metrics such as average label costs over time.
The bills are always most accurate for any financial reconciliations, but these reports will give you a quick, high level overview of your costs and how they might change over time.
