Hi! I recently just got my first order on my site. I tried to go and purchase a shipping label, everything went well and it created the label (I use Canada post). Although, it didn’t ask me to pay for shipping? My payouts shows the total amount that the order cost the customer. Including the shipping price. Essentially my question is when/how do I pay Canada post?

You’ll need to tie up your Canada post account, which will bill you regularly.
Thanks for the reply! I created an account on Canada Post, how do I link it? Or do they automatically bill me periodically from Shopify?

It looks like you’re currently using Shopify’s Canada Post account to purchase labels. In that case, the label charges are likely to be added to your monthly Shopify bill.
